Return Policy and Process

You have 7 days from the day you receive your merchandise to return your item(s).

For any and all returns, please contact salesm@rubienn.com or call our showroom during business hours (213)677-2701

All returns need to be APPROVED with an RMA in order to be processed. Unapproved returns are subject to a 15% restock fee.

Any return request after the RA period will not be accepted.

No returns will be accepted without prior written authorization and without an RA number.

 

 

Damaged Items/ Issues:

Email our team with any damages or issues to salesm@rubienn.com 

Please include the invoice number, style, color and images of damages.

We will respond with instructions and return label with RMA. (Return merchandise authorization)

 

 

                         Non-Damaged Returns:

We honor returns due to fit issues within the RA period; However, we do not issue return labels and a 15% re-stocking fee will be applied.
